Our Work

We support teenagers in need by supporting their physical and mental development. Development can be accomplished by volunteer work, career development, mental counselling. We divided our projects into three areas: emotion, growth, and independence. By strict monitoring we are support organizations running programs related to these areas.
We also support teenagers with our own programs related with the three areas of support.

  • Developing professional counselor training courses

    We re-educate counsellors. The training aim to make counselors provide better services for individuals. With the help of counseling people will experience inner growth mentally and emotionally.

  • Produce and donate "Rag(Attachment) Dolls

    Rag dolls produced at Insadong are donated to teenagers and children in need. The dolls support teenagers emotionally by becoming friend.

  • Support Center for Teenagers with Developmental Disabilities

    Teenagers with developmental disabilities are in harsh situations.Since its hard for them to become independent we aim to conduct research projects to develop a "life long plan for people with developmental disabilities". This will help their inclusion to the society being respected as any other person

  • Produce and donate various ceramics. Open free classes

    Dam:yo doesn't only produce and donate various ceramics but provide training for teenagers in need. With these training teenagers are empowered. Empowerment will lead to goal seeking and innergrowth.
